The archaeologists of the Supreme Council of Antiquities unveiled a statue of one of many clergymen of the traditional Egyptian deity Hathor, and that’s through the rescue excavations that the council began in late July in a plot of land owned by a citizen, about 2 kilometres southeast of Mit Rahina space.

Secretary Normal of the Supreme Council of Antiquities Mostafa Waziri defined that the rescue excavation mission unearthed the statue manufactured from a single block of black granite with hieroglyphic writings engraved on the again.
Waziri mentioned that the statue is about 95 cm in top and 45 cm in diameter and that the excavation work is underway to uncover the remaining items and proof.
